Hi MMBR Members!!! We would like to thank each member and foster parent for your help adopting Karma 3 and 1/2 years ago. She is such a sweet joy and we are so greatful to the MMBR for allowing us to add her to our family. Her big brother Duke loves her too. We hope to see everyone at the Boxer Bash this year!

I adpoted Izzy about five years ago and just wanted to let you know, she is the sweetest dog. She is healthy, happy and loves playing with her ball. I was so pleased to see her picture still on the site. Someday I would love to foster again, when the time is right. In the meantime, Izzy has her boy, Langdon, me and her very special Grandma and Grandpa who dote on her endlessly.

I just want to say "thank you" for the work you do. I don't have a boxer but I know and love many of them. I personally have three large/x-large mixed breed dogs. All of them came from different shelters. I wish everyone would think of rescues when looking for a pet. Too many great animals never get a second chance for a good life.

Your senior dogs poem brought me to tears. I recently helped my beautiful senior boxer cross the Rainbow Bridge. Despite his best fight and will to live, the lymphoma was slowly robbing him of the joy in his life. Some of my best memories are of his senior days...sun bathing and snoring softly next to my bed at night. Ten and a half years isn't nearly long enough to spend with your best friend but I'm thankful for each day we had! Thank you for giving the senior boxers a second chance to find a loving home to spend the rest of their days.

We are a family who have had Boxers for many years. My husband grew up and had never been exposed to the breed and now he says he would not have another kind of dog. He is amazed at their sweetness and love of family. We just recently lost our beloved senior Boxer, and are looking to fill up our home again and give another Boxer a very good and loving home.

I'm in my mid 60s and have had boxers all my life. I currently have 2, a male and a female. I agree with all the messages that say they make the best dogs. They do. They are just like having children in your life - very loving and playful. I'm VERY PLEASED that your organization exists. It's hard to believe people can be cruel to these wonderful pals. Thank you for looking after them. I'll be doing what i can to help out.

Hi Carol, it's Sandy's daughter again. I was just wondering how old you have to be to volunteer to help out at your events and things like that. I know I'm not quite old enough to foster a dog but I still would love to help out! Plus I would love to see Shamrock again! She is adorable. Thanks.

Hi Carol! This is Sandy's daughter Shannon. She says HI! I just registered on this website today and I think it is really great! My favorite dog would have to be Peaches because she is a boxer/pug mix. I want to adopt her but I don't think I am quite over my last pug dog Bugsy. Thanks for the card by the way! I also think that the puppies are all ADORABLE and so is Shamrock! I really, really like this website!
